I am so bored of the cooking, washing up etc, I just want to run away from it all.

Me me me. Why doesn't it just all STAY DONE once I've done it? It's the sheer relentless treadmill nature of it that gets me down.

OMG- I will scream if I see another bag of washing. If I wanted to be a cleaner then I would have got a job in a hotel. I too have have had enough of the 'forth road bridge'-ness of my house. Boo

Me too. Breakfast at 7am, 3 sandwich boxes, 2 children home for lunch, "I'm hungry" all afternoon, supper before sport, after sport, supper for 5 every night, "I'm hungry" all evening...
Dishwasher that always needs emptying, never bloody fills itself, washing machine on every day...
Laundry baskets fill themselves like in some bloody daft fairy tale...
Have several new life forms of bacteria thriving in the children's rooms...
Shan't even start on the garden.

I have a whole house but seem to be stuck in the kitchen around the cooker, sink and washing machine for hours on end.

Links The simplest way to insert a link is to enter the link itself, surrounded by [[ and ]]. So if you type [[www.mumsnet.com]], the link will display as http://www.mumsnet.com. If you want your link to display text other than the web address itself, leave a space after the address then add the text before the ]]. So "Look at [[www.mumsnet.com this page]]", would display "Look at this page".
