Almost one of those really large packets.

And I promised myself it would last until the end of the week.

I bought it this morning.

Somebody tell me that they have eaten worse than this today, then I can feel a teensy bit better...

a mince pie, a cherry bakewell, a white bap with laughing cow cheese and a cupasoup?

Does the soup count as one of my 5 a day? it was tomato flavour.

Weigh in day for me, which means 'eat all you can' evening. I have a big bag of Revels just waiting to be devoured in bed this evening.

i think you must have got some of the chocolate in one of your eyes, dont worry, just rinse it with cold water.

TheArmadillo - it is something to do with the guilt factor chemical released into your brain - it blurs everything around you including the Malteser packet so you can't really see how big it was: therefore fooling you into think it was only a 35g packet grin

My God, kiltycoldbum, no I haven't reached the pains in arms level yet - I am in awe!

Maltesers are the lighter way to enjoy chocolate. They are packed with air. That means that the more of them you eat, the emptier you are. The blurry vision thing is just from starvation. Have some more chocolate.

I started the day with a glass of lemonade; as it has 'lemon' in the name, this is one of my 5 a day.

Other than that, coffee and a slice of cheesey pie. However four bars of Green & Blacks choccy came with the Ocado order and DP is going out tonight, so I may do some serious damage later.

All in all, a very unbalanced diet today, but the entire bag of Maltesers is probably worse.
