In ours it's cheese. I just buy it and it seems to just go. There is only me DH and 2 year old DD. Don't know where it goes!

Cream crakers and crisps. I hide biccies etc or theyd go too.

Grapes, kiwifruit, plums, cheese (especially certain types), cornflakes, nutella (or actually the cheap substitute I buy because it disappears so quickly), cherry tomatoes, jars of chutney, chocolate hobnobs. And much more, I'm afraid. Goes with the territory of having teenagers.

Crisps, strawberries, coco pops, chocolate. Yoghurts and icelollies too.

Egg, mushrooms and soft fruits. Blink and you miss it!

crisps and biscuits. also cereal.

Crisps and baby cherry tomatoes, oh and blueberries!

Kit-Kats. Regularly buy them by the hundredweight and I might get one before they disappear. Trail of wrappers up to teenager's bedroom...

Soft fruit - DD1 eats it before it's ripe so it never even gets to an edible stage in this house!

MrsWinnibago Thu 28-Aug-14 14:33:08

My DH eats all the cheese OP. I bet yours does too. With us it's crisps. We all gorge on them as soon as they arrive.

Chocolate Buttons. I get a packet for the DCs to have a few as a small treat.

DH and I are drawn to them though so DCs never get much of a look in.

Bread. Lovely, interesting and flavoursome and DS can inhale a loaf in seconds. Sourdough is a favourite.
And I too have a DD who prefers her fruit underripe, so any soft fruit.

Fruit juice

lucysmam Thu 28-Aug-14 14:37:21

fruit...any sort of fruit!

The melon that came on yesterday's shopping is gone already, as are half the grapes and there's a lonely apple. Bananas and pears will be gone by the weekend too then I'll have to top up again. Oh, almost forgot, the tin of pineapple (emergency, there's no fruit left, fruit is gone too).

Bread here and Skippy!

I don't buy crisps, chocolates or biscuits. So if anyone needs a snack they have to have toast or fruit - or make something more substantial.

Blamenargles Thu 28-Aug-14 14:40:14

cheese (I buy a huge slab as well) ice lollys DP and DS inhale them, crisp's and ham

BiddyPop Thu 28-Aug-14 14:50:38

Cheese - and I buy loads.

Chocolate and crisps (DH and DD especially, but some au pairs are good at helping out).

Cans of drinks (last au pair was particularly bad herself and allowing DD)

Jars of tomato sauce. I know there should be 4-6 in the cupboard, but all are gone (and I am not in the mood to make one from scratch after a bad day at work - I just want to heat and eat).
