Help please - best way to post documents to Australia

I have to send some important documents to Australia by post but I've never written there before.

The address format is strange - I've asked them by email how I should address the letter but had no reply does anyone know how I should write this addresss on an envelope:
www.tag.nsw.gov.au/head-office.html
Is the 'locked bag' part to be included?

Also if anyone knows the safest and most economical way to post that would be a great help. The documents aren't irreplaceable but they are legal copies so expensive to get made again.

Can I get signed for/registered/recorded type postage? Which is best in your experience? Thnks!

AFAIK a locked bag is a bigger version of a PO box. You don't need to put the locked bag details in the address unless you've been told to.

As for secure postage, have a look at post office website, or parcel force etc.

Pretty sure it would be

Justice Precinct Offices
160 Marsden Street
Parramatta NSW 2150

OR

Locked Bag 5115
Parramatta NSW 2124

The locked bag is along the lines of a post office box, so would be delivered to a post office.
If you are sending these international registered, I would use the first address.
The four digits are the postcode, maybe just add Australia at the bottom,so,
Justice Precinct Offices
169 Marsden Street
Parramatta
NSW
2150
Australia

If you have the recipients name, add that too.

I would actually send it to the locked bag as that is the postal address.

Locked Bag is the postal address. The street address is the street address. It might be put in the Locked Bag or it might not.

Address it exactly like this:

Head Office
Justice Precinct Offices
160 Marsden Street
Parramatta NSW 2150
Australia

I would use locked bag.

We've one at work and mail that comes to our street address is then not in the 'normal system' and can be left floating around. Especially as it's mostly junk mail that comes to the street address.

We get our PO box mail by 9am but the postman doesn't come till later.
