mens' bums

Can't believe I am posting this.

My dh is very slim (the lucky bastard).

He used to be skinnier and seems to think he is still that size (and seems to want to be, which is odd as his body is much nicer now). If I leave him to his own devices he buys trousers in a 30 waist shock that technically 'fit' him but which are, in my opinion, a smidgeon too snug around his ass. Not skinny style trousers or jeans. Normal ones.

Can you all take a look at your bloke's bum and tell me whether or not you can see the bottom line of his ass crack in jeans or trousers? Not an obscene crack btw, just a definite one.

StrawberryMouse Tue 19-Aug-14 20:04:23

Ok I can't see DH's in jeans if that helps?

FranksBobot Tue 19-Aug-14 20:04:43

Yup DP wears "snug" trousers. Must admit though I don't mind as his bum is bloody lovely!

InculKate Tue 19-Aug-14 20:05:20

Are you talking about monobum?

NeverTalksToStrangers Tue 19-Aug-14 20:08:20

Monobum?

HoldenMcGroin Tue 19-Aug-14 20:09:24

Erm having trouble picturing this

InculKate Tue 19-Aug-14 20:10:26

I mean are you talking about the same kind of effect as the monoboob thing you get with a badly fitting bra?

NeverTalksToStrangers Tue 19-Aug-14 20:10:38

Err this. Did it work?

InculKate Tue 19-Aug-14 20:11:04

Lovely bum. What's the problem?

BakerStreetSaxRift Tue 19-Aug-14 20:11:59

No, but DP wears looser jeans.

NeverTalksToStrangers Tue 19-Aug-14 20:14:27

He's going to kill me btw.
Let's not tell him.

I know it doesn't look awful but these aren't a particularly bad example.

I suppose I just don't like how they are considerably tighter around the bum than elsewhere iykwim?

mumtosome61 Tue 19-Aug-14 20:15:27

Do you mean ass crack above the top of the jeans? DP has always had this. He reckons he's still a 32 but he's a 34. I've tried telling him nobody gives a shit because he's pretty much perfect to me anyway, but I suppose it goes both ways about my clothes sizing rants.

mumtosome61 Tue 19-Aug-14 20:16:35

Oh, I've gotcha. No, we don't have that problem. All you can wait for is when he sits down and his trousers rip. That will probably encourage him to go up a size.

InculKate Tue 19-Aug-14 20:16:41

Try telling him how much you and your friends love seeing him flaunting his curves.

And yes, if you've posted a picture of his bum on the internet without his permission, I expect he will not be pleased.

NeverTalksToStrangers Tue 19-Aug-14 20:17:06

No mumtosome61. The lower part. Like he's chewing the fabric.

NeverTalksToStrangers Tue 19-Aug-14 20:18:48

These are for holidays btw. He's not normally a chino wearer.

Tallypet Tue 19-Aug-14 20:19:39

He got a lovely bottom grin

InculKate Tue 19-Aug-14 20:21:05

TBH I think even non-skinny or non-slim-fit trousers are cut snug in the bum and thigh at the moment - I'm not convinced going up a waist size will help much.

AlleyCat11 Tue 19-Aug-14 20:21:13

Bit snug. The crinkling thighs indicate so. Also, is that muffin top or just scrunched up t-shirt?

InculKate Tue 19-Aug-14 20:21:37

Admit it, you just wanted to show off your DP's lovely bum, didn't you? grin

U2TheEdge Tue 19-Aug-14 20:21:47

My husband does. He has a more bigger and shapely arse than most woman I know! He hates it!

NeverTalksToStrangers Tue 19-Aug-14 20:22:17

I know he has a lovely bum. Considerably nicer than mine.

trousers too tight? Yay or nay?

LuluJakey1 Tue 19-Aug-14 20:22:46

Nice bum!

DH has a nice bum- bit bigger than that but still nice- but keeps it well covered in public. Is not a man for form- fitting trousers.

Has very form fitting underwear which I am appreciative of grin

Chumhum Tue 19-Aug-14 20:23:42

Too tight.

NeverTalksToStrangers Tue 19-Aug-14 20:25:45

Alleycat - scrunched t-shirt. He has never been even so much as chubby in his life. Jammy git. Eats what he likes. 37 yo. Ds1 has same build and appetite.

No, genuinely wanted opinions, lol. But showing off of sexy assed hubby also bonus.
