Trying to get a bit more streamlined on the organisation front at Caspar Towers and was wondering what everyone considers a must have in the cupboards, fridge and freezer.

Pasta, rice, cous-cous, lentils, chopped tomatoes, canned beans, pulses and a couple of soups and spaghetti, salt, pepper, sugar, flour, gravy granules, stock cubes, mustard, vinegar, cereal, tea, coffee, drinking chocolate, peanut butter, chocolate spread, olive oil, vegetable oil and a few jars of dried herbs and spices are nearly always in my cupboards.

My freezer is organised by drawer:
Bread, rolls, muffins, ice-cream and ice lollies.
Meat substitutes.
Potato products, pizzas, rice.

My fridge usually has eggs, milk, cheese, butter and spread, salad, juice, pesto, ketchup and mayonnaise. Also any fresh veg and fruit before they get used up for the week.
Fruit and vegetables.
