...my oven has decided to trip the electric then not work properly.
About 10 minutes after I out a roast chicken in it FFS.
I've been looking forward to that chicken ALL DAY

Good luck. Don't put the temp up too high or you'll get a charred outside and uncooked middle.

I suspect you're right fred, it seems to be working perfectly APART from the oven temp grrrrrrr

Luckily I'd made a cauli cheese that could go under the grill too, but we had to scuttle the roast potatoes.

Ah the potatoes are a galling loss, but I'm glad the chicken and cauliflower cheese worked out.
