I know I shouldn't be doing it for a man but I am a bit out of touch and wondered what the in style is??

Piratejones Sun 25-May-14 14:48:36

a nice 80's Mullet, as we all know public hair is about 30 years behind head hair in style.

Piratejones Sun 25-May-14 14:49:14

pubic**

Er.... trim the clumpy bit above the clitoris so that when he's giving you an orgasm it doesn't poke him in the nose

Anything else he doesn't care or notice

MiniTheMinx Sun 25-May-14 14:52:08

Fashions come and go but what is crucial to remember here, is that demand is driven by supply, not supply by demand.

squoosh Sun 25-May-14 14:52:29

The full on bush is having a resurgence (regrowth?) apparently.

OldLadyKnowsSomething Sun 25-May-14 14:52:51

What do men like? Access is generally preferred. grin

If you don't shave or whatever and he goes "urgh" you get rid, if you'd prefer to depilate and he goes "urgh" get rid.

KaFayOLay Sun 25-May-14 14:56:57

Do women really worry about what a man may or may not like?!

Nunyabiz Sun 25-May-14 14:59:11

KaFay- as much as a man worries about what a woman would like wink

I would say it is very individual.

Skinheadmermaid Sun 25-May-14 15:00:01

Preferably not a forest so thick he can't see the wood for the trees so to speak.
Anything else is up to you.

squoosh Sun 25-May-14 15:00:07

Well yes, lots of people sleeping with someone for the first time will give a bit of thought to their pubic hair. I appreciate a man who keeps his own pubic forestry under control and do the same with my own.

Ifpigscouldfly Sun 25-May-14 15:03:01

I've never ever met anyone in RL who doesn't prefer nothing. Men anyway. Most women I know do not have bushes or any hair at all. Coincidence ?

Way2serious Sun 25-May-14 15:03:32

It has been a long time and I don't want to put him off! Never gave it a thought in my youth!!!

passmethewineplease Sun 25-May-14 15:07:10

I just trim when I can be arsed

There's nothing I hate more than a stray pube down there when ahem...well you know.

Coumarin Sun 25-May-14 15:08:51

Can't see the wood for the trees grin

How do you know what the women you meet have going in down there IfPigs? Unless it's so wild and free that it's poking out of their yoga pants then you wouldn't know surely?

Coumarin Sun 25-May-14 15:09:57

*ON down there. Not 'in'. blush

Breezy1985 Sun 25-May-14 15:18:41

I take it all off cos I prefer it that way, did before I met him, if he didn't like it tough, it's my body and I'll have it the way I want it.

TractorTedMum Sun 25-May-14 15:23:23

But a bald fanny looks like a plucked chicken!!! Well so my dp has told me and I wouldn't be a fan myself.

I tidy up the borders and depending on the time of the year I'll either sport a full bush(winter) or sort of have a landing strip(summer)

Whatever your into yourself but its for yourself not for any man imho.

catsofa Sun 25-May-14 15:25:36

People are different, with different tastes. There is no one thing that all men like, if you want to do what one particular man likes then you'll have to ask him what it is that he likes.

Sicaq Sun 25-May-14 15:26:07

You know a disturbing amount about your acquaintances genitals, ifpigscouldfly.

slithytove Sun 25-May-14 15:28:30

Nothing outside of the knickers you choose to wear, and not so long it feels like he is wearing a scarf grin

ClashCityRocker Sun 25-May-14 15:31:28

My DH doesn't like the bald look. I don't either - it's awful when it starts growing back.

It might all look very nice on porn stars who have had vaginoplastys, but let's face it, it isn't the most aesthetically pleasing body part.

iK8 Sun 25-May-14 15:31:40

Dreadlocks. Seriously, this is what they're all asking for these days.

Geraldthegiraffe Sun 25-May-14 15:32:58

Its only on mn I realised people took it all off.

I think to get rid of bits that would show if you went swimming, and that's it!

I don't like the plucked chicken look at all.

BertieBotts Sun 25-May-14 15:33:30

Depends on the man.

As long as it's seen a bath/shower in the preceeding 24 hours all is good, IME.
