<<narrows eyes>>

I'm enjoying the peace while sone of the DC potter around downstairs.

I should be laundry sorting, doing some ImportantAccounts and OneBagADay-ing but spotted my phone on charge, and got distracted.

I am dithering over whether to list more stuff on Ebay.
I can dither for hours...

AQuarkTooFar Sat 16-Mar-13 17:41:17

I should be telling the dog to get off the sofa and to stop barking at every little sound. I should also be taking clean laundry out of washing machine and putting some more dirty stuff in. I then should be putting a face of make up on for a 21st tonight!

Instead I am on here and watching the rugby.

Oh the dog has now moved to her bed and shut up so thats two things off the list!

I need to be tidying up and hoovering but I have a horrible cold, really bad period pains, we had friends over last night so very late to bed and I had to work at lunchtime.
So fuck it, I've got my jamas on and I'm not moving off the sofa. grin

IsaacCox Sat 16-Mar-13 17:34:00

Nothing. Na da. Zilch. All I need to do today is sunbathe and go for a swim when I get too hot grin

A poo

rhondajean Sat 16-Mar-13 15:22:14

I really really really need to do housework. Like, majorly and urgently.

whattodoo Sat 16-Mar-13 15:22:12

Helping DD (4) to create a spring themed garden out of tissue paper, toothpaste tubes, beads, pipe cleaners and sticky backed plastic.

School gave her a choice of garden or easter bonnet. Bonnet kits are abundant in 99p shop. But no, she wanted to do a garden. Grmph.

Tee2072 Sat 16-Mar-13 15:22:04

I have folded laundry. I have accepted and put away Tesco order.

I know have an awake preschooler and a cup of tea.

Ralphy grin - don't worry, I don't have actual lineouts and mauls occurring in my sitting room. (I have an upsidey-down house and all the rugby watching happens on the top floor).

Lord Turnip is quite restrained at the mo - but come five o'clock he will have veins on his temples like tree roots. I have now persuaded the pork to climb into the slow cooker but I had to get it pissed with a bottle of cider first.

vamosbebe Sat 16-Mar-13 14:59:18

Should be having a shower (it's 4pm!). It's my first free 5 minutes from DS all day and here I am grin

OhWouldYouJust Sat 16-Mar-13 14:58:44

Putting away clean washing, washing dirty clothes
Mopping floors
Catching up on coursework

Instead I am making sausage and egg sandwiches for me, dh and younger dds. Older dd is in bed with d&v sad

GrumpyKat Sat 16-Mar-13 14:57:51

I should tidy the bombsite of a house. Or maybe put all this mornings jigsaws away. But instead I am sitting in the dining room mnetting and watching the (endless) rain.
I love Saturdays grin

MorvahRising Sat 16-Mar-13 14:48:49

Gardening, but every time I decide to go for it it starts raining again.

So I'll just have to carry on reading the papers. However, I have just made a very nice sweet potato and chickpea soup for everybody for lunch, AND soda bread with sundried tomatoes, so I deserve to read the papers, and anyone who says otherwise will get A Cold Stare.

* Brownie* event in case you were wondering!

Studying - at the end of PGDE and essays and assignments due in.
Housework as absolutely none gets done because of the afore mentioned PGDE.
Wrapping presents for a birthday party.
Spending 'quality' time with dc as I fear they are sevety neglected during the week. Having said that dd is away to a Brienie event and ds is happily playing 'educational' games on iPad.

exoticfruits Sat 16-Mar-13 14:33:49

Nothing- I have been ill for a week and not feeling up to much- alternate between reading and computer. Posted so much I will leave well alone once better!

Making Lunch

SecretNutellaFix Sat 16-Mar-13 14:29:44

Well, my lamb and veg jumped into the slow cooker for tonight
Rugby is on
Shopping has been unpacked, mostly
Still need to do washing
Kitchen sink drain is unblocking, so washing up has to wait- the dishwasher is already on.

Pascha Sat 16-Mar-13 14:26:27

NOTHING.

The toddler Boy is asleep. The baby Boy is asleep. The big Boy (DH) is out getting his hair cut and I have finished all the housework I intend to do today.

Walking the dog

VerySmallSqueak Sat 16-Mar-13 14:13:51

Cleaning out the chickens and clearing up the dog shit.
But that'd involve getting dressed first....

lljkk Sat 16-Mar-13 14:09:31

cycling to tip with metal recycling.
tidying up after that (bits everywhere)
vaccuming (fleas sad ).
Don't expect my fat bottom to move any time soon, though.

I should be doing washing, cleaning the upstairs, and sorting out paperwork.

Instead I'm on the sofa with sick DD, handing her tissues and watching Comic Relief on Sky+. And eating biscuits.

DH is off at a motorbike rally, I have zero plans for dinner, and I have run out of chocolate.

issimma Sat 16-Mar-13 13:38:51

Sleeping or tidying, but baby ds has me pinned to the sofa.

SirBoobAlot Sat 16-Mar-13 13:38:03

House work. But I don't want to <stamps feet>.

Washing up needs doing, though I did do it yesterday so we can actually eat. It's a general mess. DS is having a nap, and once he wakes up, I intend to leave the house to avoid the housework in a more physical manner.
