right, ahem. I am offering an American candy bar of your choice (see terms and conditions below) to the winner. the game is to find the most ridiculous house on rightmove to be decided by me. By "ridiculous" I mean yurt or underground bunker or the like. This does not mean bad wallpaper, over abundance of bunting, or livingrooms with Wolf men inside.

* T&C: prize value not to exceed 2 dollars and should any American mumsneters choose to enter and subsequently win they may of course also have their choice of an American candy bar but it would see a bit pointless really. should such an occasional arise a kindly British mumsnetter may choose to send pombears but of course that is entirely up to them.

Was it a trifle musty, Nagoo? confused

I can imagine the condensation pissing down the walls of that des res.

talc your shed-style-shed made me smell my great nana when I opened the links. Oddness. Mobile home in plymouth flashbacks to 1985.

Ah yes, now I get it grin

Lego - do you remember the Ready Brek adverts featuring children with a radioactive orange glow around them after they'd eaten their breakfast?

The red line around the house in picture one reminded me of that.

pm me your address Euphemia (ignore if you already have done mumsnetting on my phone and nothing ever work on it). will give through thread later and search for second prize winners.I'm liking the sound of the plot of penis land. interesting aside- my spell check automatically changes penis to Orbison

Was that water tower on Grand Designs?

YeahBuddy Sat 16-Mar-13 12:53:37

Marking place to enjoy later grin

Tee2072 Sat 16-Mar-13 12:50:33

I think the water tower one wins.

Why do that? Why not make an extension that actually works with the tower?!?!

Skang - that looks as if Neasden Municipal Library fell from outer space and impaled itself upon a castle turret.

What's with the horse trough behind the khazi? (picture 8)

Judging by picture 20, I reckon the vendors are not averse to a game of 'doctors and nurses'. <snurk>

.

<< hides behind sofa in inevitability that vendor is MNer >>

Do you realise I have frittered away two hours on this tomfoolery?

I hope you're all bloody grateful.

<< stomps off for a shower >>

Have you ever wanted to live in a car park? Near to an out-of-focus swimming pool and pixellated children's play park? Would you like a young man holding a goldfish with an eating disorder?

Then THIS is your Shangri-La.

thanks

Michelin-starred restaurant with a name that just oozes style and sophistication.

Am seriously considering either the trees or the Orkney minibus!

Like the ready brek house!

Nagoo Sat 16-Mar-13 10:37:51

Placemarking for full enjoyment on laptop.

Shed-style shed

Comes with free woman who did not dodge out of shot (due to lack of space, presumably).
