I have NEVER seen it snow like this in 20 years of living here. It is almost a complete whiteout!!!
Bumble refused to go out for his first wee. I pushed him out but i'm not sure he progressed further than the door mat!!!!

It was trying to snow here, from about 5-7 am, but it hasn't settled at all.

Crikey, Lottie, is that coming my way? Mind we've got two inches down the road from you!

It has stopped now! Bumble is back under the duvet till i get up at 8. We had floods on Saturday and now this. I took Bumble into the woods and then down into the field (picture of field from previous flood on my profile) The water on Saturday was actually deeper!!!!!!!!!!!!! I went over the top of my 2/3 wellies!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Lottie, are you somewhere beginning with F? I was marketeering there on Saturday. The Mere was working its way into the car park!

I'm in Manningtree and I'm too warm and lazy in bed to look out of the window and check! I can hear the wind screaming round the house though! It sounds cold!!!

I'm in Suffolk too and some of the roads were horrendously flooded on Saturday. The police had to close them off. We have had a couple of inches of snow now, but it's stopped.

Yes Little we had road closures due to flooding, too.

Yes, we passed quite a bit of flooding yesterday in Suffolk. Lots of fields under water, and some bits of road flooded but still passable.

Saggy Yes!!! My Mum was there collecting for Marie Curie and she said she had never seen the river near the Post Office run so fast before!!

Was she in the Coop? I always worry in going to fall in that bit of river! It's so far down and I feel like ill get sucked in! not a worry when it is 4 inches deep but it was wild on Saturday!

Every time o got to work in F it flipping well rains of snows! The other traders have started calling me Jonah!

snowing here too (rutland). odd though, as the sun is out, sky is blue in places and yet there is snow.

Another blizzard outside now! Wilf's Social Workers were due for a visit but they have sensibly cancelled! I had the house looking immaculate and lemon cake made too! Bumbledog is on sentry duty in his window watching the snow! He has been to the shop this morning with his "chav" coat on!
He will get his proper walk when i get home from school after lunch!

It's been the same on and off here near Colchester. It's not really settling that much given the amount coming down though. DH says it's the same in central London.

Apparently there has been a fatal accident two miles up the road from here! They had to land the air ambulance according to a friend of mine!

We had snow last night but only a light covering (norfolk coast) the sky is still very grey though so I think we're in for more!
