The local site is almost abandoned, there's tumbleweed and cobwebs and all sorts! I can't be the only West Sussex MNer (in fact I know I'm not) so where are you all?

Well I did once PM someone who wanted a cleaner but didn't hear any more. And I was very polite and didn't point out that she was on the wrong page (Shoreham being West not East Sussex as any fule no).
Think I'm too old for you wild young things anyway as my youngest is nearly 13. I'm not allowed to meet people with little babies in case I get broody (dh gets nervous)

I'm in the West Sussex / Surrey / Hampshire border, anyone else near here?

Yes me! I'm officially East Sussex, but there is a bridleway that runs along the bottom of my back garden which is the border, so if I step out of my gate I'm in West Sussex. Is that borderline enough for you?

Pixel that's borderline perfection. I've got no mans land between me and the border.

We are renting our house and were originally going to have one down the road. Then we realised it was 'over the border' and were told ds might have to change schools so gave it up (with the loss of our deposit). So ridiculous considering I'd be able to see the other house from here if there wasn't a tree in the way!
We couldn't take the chance because it was all down to school transport, ds goes to a fantastic SN school that I wouldn't take him away from for anything in case you think I'm being a bit precious which I probably am

Hey. I'm from West Sussex too :-)
The user name is a slight giveaway I suppose!
Im Lancing too! Always up for a coffee and chat. 5yo and 13mo.
I am in west sussex and do have the odd look on the local board but it tends to be parents of young children looking for meet ups and play groups and i am an oldie with teens.
<waves from Horsham>
Lots of you in Lancing isn't there.

I'm in West Sussex! Not sure about meet ups as I now have a job. I have boys - my eldest is 14 tomorrow, plus a 10yo, 8yo twins and a 5yo.
I have looked on the local page but last time I looked there were only posts by people on the coast, which I'm not. I'm near Gatwick.
