Oh awesome! Well done guys.
Could I request that someone sets up a FB page or blog with all the advice on how to tell if your bra really fits? I would love to share it + campaign stuff. (Maybe I missed it and you have already?)
I can't take the credit for this but it's a great idea!

I read a thread yesterday and can't find it now! I do remember sorrel being named as the boob bod in the know! I have measured and I am 32 under and 38.5 at the fullest part when bending over!
I have just lost a stone
and my bras are too big. I have been wearing 36/38c/d cup
What should be my starting point
F is nothing
. I'm currently trying out H cups!
Only M&S have replied to the tweets so far. Come on BHS, New Look etc.

This is bloody brilliant!
I always try before I buy, M and S measured me as a 32B even though I was wearing one if their own bras in a 34D and when I tried on the bra I was overflowing but the assistant insisted it fit! I will never be measured by them again!
Brilliant. Have shared on my FB and twitter thing.

Followed! Sorrell/Statistically, I was measured as a 36A in M&S; according to you guys I'm a 30E!!! Why do they insist on this adding inches nonsense?! Thank you x

But M&S are insisting on twitter that its isolated stores/fitters.
I can not believe how arrogant/rude/just generally thick they are.
I am sorely tempted to go and get fitted there later today.
We really need everyone who has had dodgy M&S fittings to tweet in agreement. Interestingly they have some fitting "advice" on their website which is actually correct, but doesn't match their size chart and certainly hasn't filtered down to the stores.
I'm debating whether to visit M&S for a fitting tomorrow and casually mention the campaign!
You could do it then write a report for the blog

Wow great idea! Bloody m&s, I'm still fuming and braless!!! I will try and do the tweet thing to support but don't really understand twitter. I will be writing a formal letter of complaint to m&s as soon as I've been measured at Bravissimo on Monday.

Have shared the blog on the dreaded Facebook.
I don't suppose you have any geeky friends do you? It might be useful for you to have your own correct online calculator...
Thanks itsallgoingtobefine...the only thing that will make places like M&S take notice is numbers, sadly.

Good work! Where did the adding 4inches come from anyway?
I've remeasured thanks to your threads and got some gorgeous Freya tankinis from brastop. A couple more months of Breastfeeding to go and then I'll be getting myself some pretty new bras once I've deflated (if I do- I didn't last time I stopped).
I just can't see how it's a good business model to make people feel bad about themselves- unless they hope you'll be too traumatised ever to be fitted again and keep buying from them 'because you know they fit'. They had my sister in tears insisting the 36c fit even though she was uncomfortable and spilling out. Triumph shop fitted her at 32ff.
I'm not on twitter but would support any Facebook campaign.
Guess we should start on Facebook too!

M & S put me in a 42B. Rigby and Peller put me in a 38F.
M & S put DD1 in a 36A. Debenhams put her in a 32DD.
