No sparkle it's correct. Nice area though most of the island is nice.

It would be expensive to rebuild too, we've just had a quote of £80,000 to build a boring, square 20 x 16 foot lounge onto the back of our house so I can't imagine how much it would cost to demolish and rebuild a whole house!

It must be somewhere like the Channel Islands to be that kind of money.
