'Risque' birthday cards - who signs them?

If you're sending a birthday card with an adult joke on it, do you sign your DCs names as well as your own?

Some jokes are a bit much to come from a baby/innocent child and it makes me feel a bit 'eeewww'

I wouldn't... agree with your 'eeewww'. . . it's like they're the ones making the joke.
