I've made beef and veg stew with mash and shredded cabbage.

I love sitting with the good food magazine when it's delivered and choosing what new things to cook.

'summer in winter chicken' from BBC good food website, a favourite recipe of the whole household!
Served with rice and a little big each of carrot, purple sprouting broccoli and sugar snap peas (all leftover from Sunday lunch).
Yummy.

Home-made brazil nut cutlets, mashed potato, spinach and home-made tomato sauce and the same tomorrow.

We had... pizza pizza pizza pie!!! And thats what I sang while I made it...

DD has ham, sweetcorn and cheese
DH has salami, ham, pickles, olives (from my never ending supply bought for next to nothing from approved food.....) and cheese
Me - tomatos, sweetcorn, bit of ham, low fat cheese.

MMMMMMMMmmmmMMMMMMmmmm Its a back to school treat (I was too knackered yesteray)

AND I actually mananged, after months of saying I should to do extra for DD's packed lunch.

Yesterday we had chicken nuggets made with chicken and knackered old breads. Stupidly easy and DHand DD adore me for making them.

Tomorrow pork shoulder on offer at morrisons, and I have stupid amounts of reduced chickpeas so will shove them in aswell.

I really fancy making some tempura veg..... and spring rolls..... and teriaki chicken.... and homemade Mexican cheese..... Should NOT have watched 'WOrld Kitchen' this eve but I lvoe it so much
