I thought he was a bit of an arse to Graham Norton actually. I don't think the research was flawed, I just think he was being difficult for the sake of it.

But what really got my goat was how creepy he was towards the young female guest. She looked very uncomfortable at times when he kept touching her and kept moving away from him.

god thank fuck bewitch and bad have come into the thread i thought he was dreadful on GN we switched off after 10 mins or so, he was upstaginging, down putting and quite frankly rude to GN and the other guests.
his whole American crowd pleaser of going into the audience at the beginning..FFS this is Britian and you are not booked for this, I love that on GN sometime people get to meet their idol but not in this way of arn't you lucky I am going to spread my love to you people...he got the mood so wrong.
In a way i wanted to continue to watch as I love GN and to see how he handled it but I was quite frankly annoyed.

I've never heard Richard Gere been interviewed before and know I know why. The man has zero personality ... he was so boring. I think he was trying to be funny in his spats with Graham, but he just came across as rude and totally self-absorbed.

Maybe RG wants the royalties or he was high!
