Today i was driving behind a zafira. It had a flipping huge sign in the back (think the "baby on board" style diamond shape but about four times larger) that said....
"Keep calm and carry on breast feeding"
WTAF?! Why? What does this have to do with driving your car? Why do I need to know you breastfeed? Pointless vision obstruction.

Oh I need that You think this is slow sticker for our car
Oh viva that reminds me of a sticker I saw in a vw camper: Sell my VW? I'd rather stick wasps up my arse.

I've always been surprised at how very rare it is to see a "comedy" car sticker in England. I never seen them.
In NZ they are much more common. Think of how they sell postcards in racks and think car stickers.
My car has not one sticker/sign. I love it like that.
I had a vw camper van with two stickers.
You are now playing follow the VW
You think this is slow? Wait till we hit a hill.

young lad cruising around area where i live, has painted on rear wing of a 70"s cortina "don"t laff mum, ive your daughter with me " >also has a bra attatched to a very long ariel ,and a very loud sound system<retro?
The only car sticker that made me vaguely smile was on a Ferrari. It said 'my other car is a Ferrari'.

Best one I saw was "I'm still missing my ex - but my aim is improving".
I like "I stop for no apparent reason"! Made me chortle

I used to love the keep calm and carry on stuff. Sad it's overdone and the derivations are annoying.
I also hate those baby on board signs too. Who cares if your baby is in your car? It should make no difference to any other road users. Even more so if the sign indicates how you feed said baby. I did think the baby on board signs originated from before car seats existed and babies were held by passengers and might have been lost or flung from the vehicle in an accident. Maybe this is not true. What did people do before baby car seats? <wanders off to google>
"I stop for... no apparent reason" always makes me

I liked the one that said 'Warning - driver asleep'.

I like one I saw on the back of a battered Transit - 'Born to be a pirate, forced to work the day job'

I hate all these Ickle Pwince/Pwincess on board signs, and the Keep Calm ones are just irritating now.
There is car round our way which is apparently 'powered by fairy dust' and it has a set of huge false eyelashes on it! DD2 gets a bit a bit freaked out by the unblinking, scary headlight eyes. Also, I saw it in the petrol station once, and I'm pretty sure it didn't fill up at the fairy dust pump

Anything with "Keep calm..." on it makes me bloody mad lately.
I used to walk past a car on my way to work with a sticker that said "I have a great body... It's in the boot," that always raised a smile. Some of them are stupid though, like those with a little cartoon bloke pissing on a football shirt... Why?

(Btw, it wasn't my sticker - I don't have any!)

I asked because of your extreme reaction which seemed a little defensive to be honest. What do most car stickers have to do with driving? Capital FM, RSPB, National Trust etc. etc. - you put what you're passionate about or enjoy.

Glad its not just me...
But to clarify i disliked it due to its overly large size (mahoosive and positioned so you truly couldn't see well), keep calm bollocks and also as BF has eff all to Do with driving! I just thought it was really naff.
To the poster who asked how I feed my children- I'm not looking for a debate of FF / BF so i shan't answer that thanks

Exactly, for that reason they are pointless and useless.

Ta Richardsimmonstanktop .
Ummm cos obviously everyone always removed the sign when driving without the child in the car don't they? So they are pointless aren't they?
totally agree with the 'keep calm' haters. it had a point the first time i saw it about 5 years ago but now it is everywhere. would be happy to never see it again.

now I automatically read ALL "Baby On Board" signs as "Baby I'm Bored" and smile

I think the OP is saying it's STUPID because of the size of it?
On second reading it does seem the BF element has enraged her too - but it's hardly stupid.
Agree "Keep calm ...." etc is well overdone nowdays.
I did see one of these Baby I'm Bored T-shirts though and it made me smile.

Have a deep hatred for all car signs - little princess on board, powered by fairy dust, my other car is a Mercedes etc. Only one to raise a smile is in a car which is parked outside my work declaring 'the next thing on my 'to do' list is your ma'.
Yes and all the 'keep calm' merchandise has an oddly opposite effect I find.
