Cadbury's Egg and Spoon...what are they like??

I thought they were nasty and I love chocolate. The inside is like artificial-tasting buttercream, not mousse. Walnut whips are much nicer.

I got some of the Milka ones in a little egg box for Dd for Easter along with other crap. I was hoping they were delicious as I want to nick one.

Haven't tried one, but the kids loved them

I thought they were just ok, nothing very special. Very very sickening. I can eat chocolate by the bucketful but struggled to finish two of those.

Worth it for a change as a one off maybe, but as others say, only while on offer.

I thought they were bloody gross. Nothing like a moose or like the inside of a walnut whip, just overwhelmingly sticky and sweet. Not enjoyable at all.

Wanted to buy some of these the other day but couldn't find them sad are they in the chocolate aisle or the dessert aisle in the supermarkets, does anyone know?

so is the inside like the stuff you get inside walnut whips? I love walnut whips grin

Rubbish and sickly...Cadburys just cant do bubbles

NeverBeenToMe Wed 20-Feb-13 22:42:54

It's like a light whipped marshmallow stuff inside - you can buy it in jars, think it's called Fluff.

mamalovesmojitos Wed 20-Feb-13 22:38:32

Very sweet but I love them! Total rip-off though, look out for half-price packs.

tapdancingmum Wed 20-Feb-13 22:36:34

Is it coincidence that the advert at the side of this thread is advertising them... Looked at them and decided that for £5 I could buy 5 big bars of Cadburys Dairy Milk grin

Ok. Just had one, didn't use the spoon just ate it like the beast that I am.

I only know of the review thread because I applied but didn't get chosen. sad

Hadn't seen that other thread either! Very thorough.

Tiggygirl Wed 20-Feb-13 22:21:26

Very disappointed .Was so looking forward to trying them and was a bit miffed as they were very meh .

RobinSparkles Wed 20-Feb-13 22:19:32

I thought they were lovely. They are £££ though at full price!

Yes a bit of a swizz at full price.

foxache Wed 20-Feb-13 22:15:23

Ds loves them, great packaging too. He says the stuff inside is nice, but he'd rather eat as a whole egg than separately.

So overpriced though, we bought when they were on offer, not worth the 'full' advertised price of £4/5.

GuessWho04 Wed 20-Feb-13 22:15:22

Not that great really..would not buy again. X

ceebeegeebies Wed 20-Feb-13 22:14:40

Hopeforever Wed 20-Feb-13 22:13:37

They are lovely

I have eaten one of the Milka ones tonight and its ok.

I wasn't bowled over. Testing and reviews here

ceebeegeebies Wed 20-Feb-13 22:09:48

I keep looking at them in the shops and can't decide if they would taste nice (and I am a big cadburys fan). What is the inside like? Is it a mousse?
