I hate adverts that encourage debt, ie, loan adverts.

I remember one, a while back now, the one that shows cars/mobile phones etc tantalisingly shown in the background and a voice saying "why have either / or....when you can have both? "
Promotes greed and entitlement, methinks
And as for the interest rates.....1234% APR.
So go on, what is yours and why?

The Robert Lindsay/Ruth Jones for Sky at the moment is smugger than smug.

Anything that promotes sexism, for me. The supermarket ads with overworked mums doing everything; the Boots adverts where the woman carries on looking after everyone despite being more ill than her male partner; adverts for oven cleaner 'so simple that even a man can do it'.

They give me The Rage.

I don't have a moral reason like you do but I HATE with a passion that pantene swish advert that used to be on with Cat Deeley and all her fake laughing and jovial 'upload your swish, ooooh its such fun, look at me swwwwwiiiiiiisssssshhhhhhhh' crap. It made me want to throw things at the TV and/or pull my own ears off so I didn't have to listen to her crappy super fun swishy shit.

Anything that talks about constipation, periods or any other bodily function during tea time. I don't need need to see someone's poo face during my roast thanks!

The loan one with Kerry Katona. She sounds like she's trying to sound posh in it and it really irritates me.

I saw one last night for a mobile phone gambling app, which pretty much says gambling is preferable to having a conversation with someone. How depressing.

Hair dye ad- the one with the bloke who says about moving house and having kids and Kate not getting older, just makes me cringe.

The Ricola one when they keep singing "Ricccccccccccccola" at the end. That stupid holiday one when the man wrecks the coach wheel and that woman says "heyyyyyyyyyyyyyy what do you think your doing????!" I am sure there are others but will have to think!!

Pay day loans adverts - don't agree with them
Feminine hygiene adverts - just find them embarrassing to watch.

Esther Rantzen and the PPI advert. She just sits there and recommends a PPI company. Yet in the old days, she'd have told people to do it themselves and would have investigated such companies.

DH says the sanctimonious Healthy Start one with the plasticiney family eating plasticiney pizza. He says if they are going to preach at him they could at least use Morph and Chas.

Most adverts annoy me, but I have to say that my favourite one is the one with the dog who is imploring the man not to throw his rabbit away.

I hate the Fox's biscuit advert with the twatty Bear which says 'Buisquit' It drives me mad. I refuse to buy them now as it makes me think of the advert!

Floral, I know exactly what you mean about the 'Kate' ad. The hair might look lovely but I think she's not at all nice looking, a bit old looking to be honest. Thats why she hasn't aged, she's probably always looked old anyway.

The new Nivea deodarant advert which now combats "stress sweating".
WTF is stress sweating?! And does the deodarant sit there on her armpits doing nothing going 'its ok lads, she's only doing a brisk jog, no need to panic. Oh holy fuck, on second thoughts there's a TIGER chasing her!! Quick, its now stressful, she's sweating! Send in the troops. Stress sweating is not acceptable. Deodarant go, go, go' ??

That fucking advert makes me stress sweat.
