What would you do with a 11.5kg gammon?....

....other than eating it.

Twice a year we have massive gammons delivered as a corporate gift. The last one coincided with dd's first birthday and fed 40 birthday revellers but we've just received another one and it's far too big for us.

Lats Christmas I cut it in to bits and froze lots of it but it filled up the freezer for months and we were sick of it by the end.

I think charities may not accept it (I was thinking along the lines of a soup kitchen?)

It is 11.5KG.

Anyone have any ideas?

TIA

I tried a homeless shelter and a women's refuge and they both said no. I've given it to the local school's Christmas raffle!
