After me getting his presents, all the stuff he had been talking about he tells Santa at his school Christmas fair he wants a bald doll

Good job DH was listening!

Any suggestions for one thats not £££ but not ugly as sin?

Early Learning Centre have lots of boy dolls, but you might have to go into a shop to check on their level of follicular development as ALL the ones on the website are wearing hats!

Our Baby Annabelle is bald. Not sure if there is a Baby Annabell's brother out? I think I have seen a boys version of this with a blue outfit on.

There are always a lot of baby dolls in charity shops, though I know that's a whole different can of mn worms.

Think all our baby dolls are (more or less) bald. How old is he? THe ELC soft doll (we have one similar) is smaller (and cheaper) than Baby Annabelles etc and IMO easier for both mine to play with. Just a soft body though - good for washing in bath but no genitals I am afraid...

I had a Timmy Tears as a child (masc of Tiny Tears) and he had a very tiny set of male genitalia. I guess this is intrinsic part of a urinating doll, though.

He also had a lot of hair.

Iirc the only difference between the 'boy' doll and the 'girl' ELC doll is blue/pink babygros (they are both quite cute btw- not those hideous newborn ones you can get) Dd's one shuts eyes when lying down -not sure if the ELC one does?

On another note, on perusing the site, glad they have changed the labels to 'white girl' and 'black girl' rather than 'baby girl' and 'ethnic baby girl' which it was before

LOL My DS is only 3 so we haven't got this stage yet but I remember my brother when he was 5 asking Santa at school for a vibrator , turns out he meant a vibrating mobile phone like his Dads LMFAO...

You can get anatomically correct dolls on Ebay and they are bald, you just need to buy clothes for them but I think the dolls are only £6 because they don't do anything.

It was actually a misunderstanding

Santa asked him what he wanted and DS took that to mean 'what do you want out of the basket of crappy donated toys I have at my feet'

The first thing DS saw in the crappy basket was a bald doll. so he said that.

Then chose a duck necklace from there.

So, no he doesn't want a bald doll and looked quite revolted when I asked him to confirm he wanted one Christmas morning!
