Stocking fillers for teenagers.

I struggle with this every year, and wonder if anyone out there has any suggestions. My ds's are 11, 13 and 15, into sports, cycling etc.

I usually put a book, some poncy haircare product and sweets into their stockings, but they are too old for toy cars, pencils, little toys, and I am at a loss for some cheap(ish) ideas for stocking fillers.

They do know that it's me, btw, but we are carrying on with it as it's part of the fun of Christmas for us all (dh and I do stockings for eachother too).

All good ideas cherry - thanks. I hadn't thought of posters - though maybe rock bands rather than naked ladies - to spare my blushes!!

What about a iTunes gift voucher if they have an iPod?
Or if they have a 'pay as you go' phone could you buy them some credit.

Or if theyhavent got an iPod you could buy a cheap MP3 player as a stocking filler.

A magazine subscribtion - could be anything from FHM to Total Film. Although that might be a bit dear but you might be able to get a good offer esp. this time of year.

Have you looked at firebox or here for ideas?

Dvds or cds. If you looked around you might be able to find an offer where you could get 'three for two' and get your boys one each for a good price.

Chocolate is always good at any age

how about a voucher for ten pin bowling? a promise cheque book with things you could do together or for them to do with friends. maybe a lift for them and there friends to local cinema, a trip to the swimming pool, friends over for a party/tea

My 15yo likes Calvins, so gets one or two pairs in his stocking.

I sometimes get something like a scarf or hat from Republic or one of the other shops he likes.

Got a packet of Beef Jerky in Waitrose the other day. Might go back and get some Peperamis!

I don't know why I ever started with this stocking thing; three of the buggers to fill is a nightmare, and I do question my wisdom when he asks, every year, 'why do you give us these stockings Mum?'
