If you could only have one Christmas cookbook which would you have?

I have the GBBO and the Sarah Raven Christmas books and I've cooked nothing from either - going to treat myself this year as we have lots of guests over the season and I want to be prepared!

Delia or Nigella. Delia is more instructive, Nigella more inspiration.
I've Sarah Raven and I don't really like it - quite dry.
Jamie O has one out that's a collection of his already-published Xmas recipes which I'm quite tempted by, as a) I don't have any of his books, and b) I really really like his Xmas cookery shows he's done.

The Christmas one!

Mary Berry has one too - but I've not seen it.

Delia is great for when you're a bit frazzled and want to know exactly what to do and when. And if it will freeze, etc etc.

Delia all the way.
But got some good ideas from Jamie's Christmas Eve programme last year.

So should I buy Delia AND Nigella??! Which Nigella book has the cherry coke ham? Should I buy the Christmas one and feast?!

Oh God, shoot me for knowing this, but I think it's ham in cherry coke in Feast, Ham in normal coke in How to Eat, and ham in ginger ale in Christmas.

But I suspect once you have one recipe, you can tweak it per your favourite fizzy as you wish.

Nigella Christmas is the one :)

And it isn't in any fizzy drinks, it's ham in spices then glazed in the Christmas one ❤️

The ginger ale ham is there as well.

I would like to have a proper copy of the ham in cherry coke recipe - plus Feast is £10 cheaper than the Christmas one...

Nigeria Christmas
Delia's merry Christmas
Mary Berry Christmas
I've also got some good ideas from BBC good food Christmas
Irish country womans association Christmas
Hairy bikers 12 days of Christmas
Christmas with Gordon

I use some recipes from all for different meals, parties and Christmas dinners in December and January.

LucilleBluth it has a few nice recipes that is use time and time again. An actual Christmas with Gordon in my house would be a laugh. I'd give him a run for his money with cursing and his cuntiness 😂😁
