After eights
Coffee cremes
Cadburys heroes
York fruits (in bulk...)
Given up on roses and quality street, by the time I've taken out all the nut ones it's not worth bothering!

Tin of quality street (delighted that they've done a full sized tin this year rather than the silly half sized tubs)
orange and mint matchmakers
chocolate raisins.

Yes, the QS tin looks nice. I've got a Christmas tin that i empty sweets into so don't need it. The dc like ferrero rocher so I'll get then a little box each. Oh i forgot cherry liqueurs for me

A nice box from my local posh choc shop. I'd like some Hotel Chocolat Pink Champagne Truffles too. And a Lindt Teddy Bear!

DD has all the usual Christmas classics (QS tin, mint Matchmakers, Ferrero Richer, Choc Orange etc) in her 'sweets bag' which forms part of her gifts. I usually end up stealing asking her nicely for a few segments of Choc Orange or a FR or two.

For 'the house' I buy Lindor, a Hotel Chocolat sleekster and chocolate coffee beans. DH always buys me a Hotel Chocolat H box of my very own too. Mmmmm Christmas chocolate Xmas Grin

We don't usually buy any! Tbh I'm not a fan of having bowls of stuff lying around, I hate the feeling of being so bloated from the constant eating.
We get a little pack of the christmas presents to hang on the tree, and we usually share a chocolate orange at some point. But we never bulk buy anything.

We buy
Quality Street
Celebrations
Sugared Almonds
Mint Matchsticks
Turkish delight(the lemon and rose one's)and usually a mixture of any other sweets and chocolates I know my DH and our 5DC would like.

My mother is the same, dusk. Reckons Christmas is not an excuse to have rubbish in the house. She doesn't do tins of biscuits, sweets, cakes, desserts, fizzy drinks etc...
My dad, on the other hand, is a total chocoholic. If it wasn't for her he'd go crazy in the sweet aisles! I once found a suitcase of Xmas goodies under the bed in their box room...

Quality street, roses and celebration tins
After eights
Terry chocolate oranges ( a few of these)
Ferrero Roche for Boxing Day (SIL's fave)
I had some lovely amaretto chocolate stick things last year which I'll have to find again.

Then the usual selection boxes/tubes of sweets/thornntons santa for the dc

Similarly joy killing here dusk - we're a pretty healthy family and try not to overdo the sugar so it's always seemed odd to me that people bulk buy the sweet stuff over Christmas. I just don't think I'd enjoy it as much if it was constantly available (and I definitely can't trust myself).

Box of After Eights. It is mandatory. I used to buy Terry's chocolate oranges, but I've heard the flavour has nosedived >:-/
