Cooking question

If gammon steak cooking instructions are 12-14 mins in grill how long in oven? Don't have a grill. Or fry? I'm a bit nervous of cooking as veggie and don't normally cook meat.

20 minutes should do it in a hot oven.

Or you can fry - same amount of time as grilling. Just cut into it and you will be able to tell if it's cooked.
