Does anyone know where I can buy a box of coffee creams?

I mean, obviously they are an insult to actual chocolates but an elderly neighbour has just been taken into hospital and when I asked if there was anything she wanted bringing in (I was thinking practically, pjs, toiletries etc), she suggested coffee creams

Thorntons do bags of coffee creams, but not sure if they do boxes. Hope your neighbour is Ok, you are kind to think of her .

Thanks, fingers crossed she'll be okay, she has low blood pressure and has fainted a few times so think they are keen to keep an eye on her. Hopefully she won't be in long and she does have family who are with her now, but I like to stop in to see her tomorrow and take her the (albeit horrible) chocolates. There's a thorntons quite near the hospital actually so i'll stop on my way. Thankyou :)
