Ideas for Cousin please!

I drew my cousin in the family Secret Santa and I'm a bit stuck. There's a £20 limit.

She's 36, single, a nurse, lives in a large city. She's my daughter's odd parent, and my daughter calls her 'auntie X', so thought maybe something from that angle? Not very secret but think she might like it. She's not 'girly' at all and would never wear jewellery, isn't fussed on clothes/makeup. She loves football, sport in general really, anything Disney, and she likes a drink (but that on its own is too boring).
