Do you want ideas to make yourself or are you wanting to buy... I guess your usual suspects Waitrose/ M&S are the reliable options but would you really need to order when its only to serve 4, I would just rock up on the 22nd / 23rd and pick out the scrummiest looking options based on your families preferences.

I made a killer baileys and toblerone cheesecake last year recommended on here - bloody lovely it was!!

Oooh I have a recipe from Waitrose for a baked Baileys and white chocolate cheesecake (I will dig it out later) could use white Toblerone .....

Lakeland Limited have some cartons of dessert (sounds a bit meh but don't be put off). They're called Devilish or similar.
You heat and pour into a small ramekin to serve. I love the Creme Brulee (and I bought myself a cooks blowtorch Grin ).
Lemon Sicilian pudding is nice with a spoonful of tart lemon curd in the bottom, some cream and a crispy shortbread biscuit.
I don't like panna cotta
The chocolate pud is Hmm

If I was doing a dessert for my DC - chocolate cups (either melted chocolate lining a silicone cakecase and chill then peel ) or buy them.
Fill with chocolate mousse and nice ice-cream.

Or trifle ?

What about those cute Christmas tree chocolate mini desserts m&s do? That's what I'm planning on.

Would prefer to buy and ideally order so I can guarantee we can get something nice as don't fancy super markets Christmas Eve.

Like the idea of cheese cake and then something possibly we can do custard but not Christmas pudding.

Don't mind if theirs left overs after Christmas Day Wink

Does anyone know when m&s and waitrose christmas selection comes out?
