We have one, will ask my husband which one it is when he gets back. Seems OK, not like husband's one (that is a tournament level thing) but it is fine for our 8 year old.

Great thing to do, we go to lessons as a family on Sunday afternoons and have an old haylage bag in the garden with a target stuck on it!

My DS 9 and DD 7 have a fantastic archery set from Decathlon. It has full size bows but the arrows have suction cups and it has a case that doubles up as a target. It cost £45 but we bought an extra bow and some extra arrows. It's great fun for adults too!

Inneedofchocolate

Is this the one you gave

Are the arrows easy to fire?
Is the target flimsy or quite tough wearing?

Thank you

Sorry OP, I forgot to come back. My husband said that he wouldn't recommend the one he bought for my daughter. It isn't like the one above though, it has pointy arrows.

We have searched our inbox and can't actually find the one we bought but it is similar to this, I think it cost £30 ish so may be slightly more substantial:

This would be quite decent and is more like the one DD uses at archery classes:

Thank you for your comments

I will look around and see if I can get one with a target as well for around £50-£60 if poss.
