toowettoowoos christmas truffle recipe

500g dark chocolate (I use the 30p bars from Aldi or Asda)?350g icing sugar?200g Philadelphia?2 teaspoons of flavouring (vanilla essence, orange etc, or if you want alcoholic ones add a few more teaspoons of whatever flavour you want)??Melt the chocolate then mix everything together in a bowl. Shape into balls, cover then eat ???I've found that you have to let the mixture set for a bit (only a couple of minutes) before you try to shape them otherwise it starts to melt a bit again and it can be rather messy. ??Then you cover them in whatever you like, chopped nuts, desiccated coconut, cocoa powder etc. I usually grate some chocolate very finely then roll the balls in the powder.

funkybutnot H&M have a cool-not too garish -Angry Birds rucksack reducd to £4 (much converted by my DSs) and I bought a lovely retro Marvel bag in Primark boys section.
The print consists of Marvel comic cover pages. Thick black straps, fairly sturdy but not too big.

Why is it since I joined Amazon Prime nothing I'm after is dropping in price. I missed out on a few things earlier in the month as they dropped (separately) and I couldn't make my order up to £10 for free del. Angry

Anyway, thanks for the Crayola pen help at the end of the last thread Xmas Smile

I'm doing the free prime trial at the moment. I emailed them last week, when my order was a week late and they gave me an extra month free, taking me until the middle of January. And unless the order I placed yesterday arrives soon, I will be emailing them again tomorrow. I wonder how many free months I can get out of them. Xmas Grin

Thanks Drank! I'm going to tackle them tonight.

Well my post man thinks I've completely lost the plot. He delivered a parcel today that arrived clearly broken. And I burst into tears Confused Blush.

I'd not long since had a horrible shock and my head was full of worry, but he didn't know that! He thinks I burst into tears because he delivered me a broken mug!

So I will be sending DD to answer the door for a while Xmas Grin.
