what to put in empty baubles

I have bought some of the clear fillable baubles and am aiming to pop a few surprises in them for the kids (linked in with our version of elf on the shelf). Does anyone have any nice suggestions? I was thinking crafty bits could be fun (they already have a toy advent calendar).

I found them in the Range - they were really cheap too and had a range of shapes :) we have traditional baubles and hearts - now I just need to plan what to do with them lol!

I got some off eBay last year. Just put smarties on them, I like things simple, lol

You could make them into a game by hiding lots of little things in amongst sequins or polystyrene balls like a mini version of Find It.

May have to factor in a bit of Range shopping now!

I know Kelle Hampton's blog isn't liked by everyone on here because she tends to journey to twee-ville but this is perhaps a sweet idea for filling an empty bauble.

Ferrerro Rocher or wrapped chocs like Lindt/ Celebrstions because the coloured foil would look pretty against the green tree.
