Does anyone know if I made cranberry liqueur early (as in, started in January) would it be really horrible come November/December (prime gift giving time)? I have a glut of cranberries from making cranberry sauce and jewelled mincemeat but simply don't have enough freezer space to freeze them until August/September/October. I hate for them to go to waste so was thinking I could make the liqueur now and store it at the back of my cabinet until gift giving time....
