Is a puppet theatre too young for a 7yr old?

Was thinking about getting a joint present for DD's (age 3.5 and 7) who are finally spending time playing together. I like the look of the Melissa and Doug one as its big enough for 2 of them to do togther

And then get grandparents to get some puppets

However worried that DD age 7 might be too old? Any thoughts?
