Christmas

What tree would you recommend or what sparse wobbly monstrosity would you suggest I avoid?

Had 2 little fibre optic trees with fixed stars and baubles that twinkled by the fireside that were brilliantly indestructible when the dcs were young - cost me £20 for 7 years service! They have now died and I need a new tree

And yes, I know it's just September!! But am trying to budget this year and not do one mad splurge in December.

A 7ft tree sounds lovely so yes please to the link!

Am after something far more traditional and impressive this time round. I did think about going for a real tree but the pine needles in the carpet/disposing of them afterwards is too much hassle.
