Hi there! I love cooking, but my talents for tomorrow's party have been overlooked and I've been asked to provide the music! Eeekkk! Suggestions please for your ultimate New Years soundtrack. Thanks in advance. X

What kind of tracks do you need? Dancing, chilled out, golden oldies?

Definitely lots of cheese - lots of 80s, liberally mixed with more cool stuff. Rhianna's tracks always get people up and dancing. Kasabian's "fire" was the party-starter for us at last party - its a good bet as popular with both sexes. Also love Will Young's recent stuff - Jealousy is a great dance track. Kings of Leon, Tinie Tempah, Adele, Katy Perry.
