Hope you all had a lovely Christmas. We enjoyed it thoroughly, just the three of us. DS is a very lucky, happy boy. He adores his scooter, best present ever! Off to Smyths later to spend some of his Christmas money on Duplo (he asked for it).

We were successful and got some duplo half price. DS loves it (and I'm loving the peace and quiet)

Mole, you are even more planned out than me. All that's on my list so far is that we will get a real tree next year. And I have plans for decoration, but that's about it.

Does anyone know where MrsChristmas is? Haven't seen her in ages. Getting worried.

No. I havent seen her for ages either.

I reckon she really IS Mrs Christmas and is helping her husband Father Chrsitmas recover from his work. I doubt we will see her again as she will have elves to boss about and preperations to make for next year! It's only in October she can start to delegate to the head elf and then have some MN time.

I'm not quite stuffed but have been picking for the last 2 days, I'm very happy about it. Now got picky food in the oven as I'm not doing a big meal.

How have you been? and more importantly, have you started your prep for Christmas 2012? In the sprit of the year I am going to Olympic proportions.

I am still enjoying this Christmas for now.

Thinking about next Christmas would mean this one would be over and I'd have to stop lolling on the sofa in pjs watching DVDs and eating chocolate all day!

It's been great thank you, we've done NOTHING!

I've been surfing the web for Chirstmas stuff, ds has been on various toys, dd's been reading and listening to music..all have been munching. It cant get any better, this is just what I've needed and feel better for it. No people, no going out anywhere, just me and the kids, in PJ's eating food and watching films.

What have you and yours been up to?

The same lots of tv and DVDs, with an occasional dog walk for peanut dog thrown in.
Got two box sets to get through so can't see me being vertical anytime soon

Ooooh! I forgot about Harry Potter box set! Will start that tomorrow.

That sounds fab thought o be honest. A little fresh air to stop the cabin headache forming.

I'm jealous. We have been out this morning and by lunchtime I was exhausted. And all we did was exchange presents as DH got me for example wrong sized socks. He thought I was a size 4, I am size 7 And I was so looking forward to my fluffy socks, pah!

Well, we are going to watch some films now so I shall see you tomorrow. Should we just have a general 'Countdowners unite' thread?
