TOMY WEBSITE TROUBLE MISSING/STOLEN PARCEL!!

I ordered some Teletubbies toys for my little girl for xmas from the Tomy website, and Yodel couriers have managed to deliver my parcel, apparently to my house, which is a lie and after reading Yodel reviews on google, i have not seen 1 good review.
Apparently it is quite commen for the couriers to sign for your parcel and steal it... So it wouldnt surprise me if this has been the case for mine.
I have now been told by them that it is not there problem and to sort it out with Tomy.
I have emailed Tomy a number of times, only to be sent an automated email stating that they have a back log of emails to respond to and thankyou for your patience.
There is no customer service phone number for them either, so it now looks like my daughter won't be receiving her xmas presents now.
I can not beleive that a big brand company (Tomy) can have such an appalling system as well, especially at xmas.
I am sooo angry with both companies service, and im upset for my daughter, as i cant find Teletubbie toys in any shops...
I have seen a number on ebay, but the prices are ridiculous for new items, which id prefer her to have.
Has anyone else had a problem with these companies??

I'm not sure what company was used as was on Amazon marketplace, but I've also had a teletubbies toy go missing in the post, thankfully I've got a full refund. Maybe the teletubbies all ending up on ebay this year Xmas Sad

Thanks for the number, i just tried the number but it is no longer in operation.
I dont think i will ever buy anything from this joke of a company again...

How annoying, they should have a number listed it is stupid.
I've never had any problems with yodel but it could just be one individual driver that's the problem.
Did they take a name when it was signed for or did they just say it was your name? Id go to their depot and ask to see the actual signature. That's really bad. Threaten to involve the police as it is theft.

I have had various problems with Yodel in the past 6 months, they r getting ridiculous. I hate to see the green van in my street. Sorry 4 ur teletubby trouble, I'm currently awaiting a courier to call and lift the dodgey dj hero i ordered for dp from play *never again may I add. Had to order new one from amazon this morning. Amazon still say that deliveries today be delivered for xmas so hopefully u get teletubbies from somewhere x
