I ordered some Teletubbies toys for my little girl for xmas from the Tomy website, and Yodel couriers have managed to deliver my parcel, apparently to my house, which is a lie and after reading Yodel reviews on google, i have not seen 1 good review.
Apparently it is quite commen for the couriers to sign for your parcel and steal it... So it wouldnt surprise me if this has been the case for mine.
I have now been told by them that it is not there problem and to sort it out with Tomy.
I have emailed Tomy a number of times, only to be sent an automated email stating that they have a back log of emails to respond to and thankyou for your patience.
There is no customer service phone number for them either, so it now looks like my daughter won't be receiving her xmas presents now.
I can not beleive that a big brand company (Tomy) can have such an appalling system as well, especially at xmas.
I am sooo angry with both companies service, and im upset for my daughter, as i cant find Teletubbie toys in any shops...
I have seen a number on ebay, but the prices are ridiculous for new items, which id prefer her to have.
Has anyone else had a problem with these companies??
