Present ideas for techy DH? He deserves spoiling this year and I'm stuck for ideas!

I am totally stuck for ideas for DH and need the MN masses to help!!!

We moved house during the summer so he now has a shiny new study man cave games room of his very own. He's into all the high-tech stuff and already has a pc, xbox, surround sound, bluray player and tv in there. He's been working flat out to get the house sorted and really deserves something really special but I am totally at a loss as to what to get for him - I'm happy to spend around £200 for his gift - any ideas?

Apologies to those who are on a really tight budget this Christmas - we've been there, so I am fully aware that this is a lot to be spending on one gift, but we're very lucky to be able to afford more this year and I really want him to feel spoiled - he truly deserves it! any and all ideas gratefuilly received!

Does he have any musical or film heroes? You could get a canvas print of that person, or frame a favourite album to hang on the wall of his study?

Ipad, Iphone or kindle?

Zandy - ooh, canvas prints are a good idea - no real 'heroes' as such, but he likes the vintage style comic posters etc - and it is a games/film room.... (that's what 'study' means in his book!!)

Itsstarting - all great ideas, but unfortunately he has an iphone and doesn't seem interested in an Ipad for some reason. I think he may be getting me a kindle, so am steering clear of that idea

Would he like a musical instrument?

Really good headphones like Bose

Table football game or a retro pacman game

A good quality reading light

Gaming chair

I know dh would love bose headphones but would never fork out for them. I like to get gifts of things people would like but wouldn't buy for themselves.

I'm with voldermort, it's nice to buy people things they wouldn't splash out on for themselves and if you are looking at headphones bose are fab and the dr dre beats are also amazing, the sound cancelling ones especially.

Also, if he has an iphone then maybe an apple tv? It's definitely techy and great for iphone lovers

Thanks for the ideas folks! yes, that's exactly what I'm wanting - to get him somehting that he'd love, but would never actually splash out on for himself

I've been looking at both the bose and Dr Dre headphones and they;re definately a runner - can't seem to get the apple tv link working from here (now at work so proably our web filters!!) so will google shortly for a look! :)

Just came on to say Bose headphones - see I was beaten to it.

Have got DH a Bose wave soundlink for Christmas for similar reasons - he never spends any cash on himself - am v excited about giving it to him.

i was going to suggest a 3d camcorder (we have the panasonic). They are quite cool, we don't have a 3d telly as the kids are very young and the glasses would get broken very quickly but it'll be great for when the kids are older. They will be able to watch all the home movies in 3d. Maybe a bit beyond a 200 pound budget but amazon do some great deals and you can get the sd90 (which is what we have and is about 200 quid cheaper than the latest one) and then buy the 3d lense seperatly.
