What on earth to get them other than vouchers? (boring and predictable). But they have every playstation etc game under the sun, all gadgets, DVDs. Just trying to think of somethin more inspiring than vouchers for my nephews this year. Any thoughts?

DS (nearly 13) is getting skullcandy headphones (the dcs seem to go through headphones like they're going out of fashion) a swiss army knife, xbox live subscription, a hoodie (american apparal or Adidas)

Hollister/abercrombie/jack wills t shirts or hoodies, other branded items that fit their style
Pairs of Toms pumps, plus someone in the third world gets some shoes. Deeply cool with DS2's friends, age 14-15
Inbetweeners Movie
Books - Catcher in the Rye, The Wasp Factory have gone down well with my two DSs (16 and 15) recently
Retro school bags - gola etc
Warhammer, airfix

Word of warning though; "clothes are not presents" DS (not at all fashion conscious) age 14.

Guiness book of records still works well here, as do Star Wars lego and certain board games ('Diplomacy' his year).

"The Big Bang Theory" box set, Cool bike accessories (neckwarmers, gloves, saddle covers that kind of thing).

Another Inbetweeners or Big Bang Theory is good this year.

Clothing - happy with everything from Primark to Jack Willis.

Love loud boxer shorts - the jersey ones.

Mine are still addicted to Lynx - the Africa scent is their current favourite.

My boys (12 and 14) are largely getting "experiences" this year, cos they don't want stuff. We did it for birthdays and it went down well.

They are getting theatre tickets, cinema vouchers, trip to Chill Factore, more theatre tickets, Rutter singing workshop day, credit for kindle. A few small parcels so they have something to unwrap.

If I asked them what they wanted - money no object - they would probably say things like ipad, iphone and Macbook Pro ... But those are all way beyond the budget I'm prepared to spend. They don't really want other bits, so I figure this is the way to go!
