You could try the crafts topic, you might have more luck there!

A great and easy one is 3 ice lolly sticks overlaid into a basic star shape - put a dob of glue in the centre and leave to dry. Then when it's dry, dip in runny glue then in glitter and leave to dry-easy, effective and fun Grin

Coloured felt. Wool. Darning needle. Cut 2 matching Christmas shapes out of felt, blanket stitch together.

You can then sew a loop of ribbon on the top with a normal needle and thread. You can also throw unicorn vomit lots of sequins and beads at it provided you use enough fabric glue Grin

Thank-you, we did snowflakes & chains today and put some odd decorations in dd1's room. I like the lollypop star idea but don't think I've got any left in the craft bits box so will get some on Monday & add those next weekend.

We're going to string up some cotton wool balls tomorrow to look like snow in the window & I think we'll do some salt dough as well although not sure what or where for yet.

Will invest in some felt as well & attempt some sewing with her although I'm not very patient with things like that
