Brother-in-law present ideas

He is a fairly new brother in law, and I have no idea what to get him, especially since we are fairly skint so can't afford to spend more than £20, but do want him to feel included. He likes cars and designer stuff, which is not really giving me any budget ideas....

I've just got my BIL an annual subscription to Nat Geo. It was £15.
