Help! Ideas for my fussy hard to buy for sister!!

She works in retail and so gets a good fashion discount so that rules out shoes/bags/accessories etc. She makes a lot of her own clothes, wears vintage etc and wouldnt wear anything 'high street' (well nit within my price range!)
She has her own home, but it's small and already very full and has mentioned before about not needing/wanting more stuff!
She does read, and I have already got her a box set of books that she mentioned a while back but want to get something else. I'm totally stuck for ideas!!
She wouldn't appreciate plonk/chocolate I don't think. Nor smellies as we both get lots of sets from relatives every year!
She's 30.. And very hard to buy for!! Help!

If she loves vintage and makes her own clothes, I would look at maybe something from Liberty? Even if its just a gift coin (they look so nice too!) she can put it toward somethng funky she really wants or even a fantastic fabric.

Perfume wise, she's like me and has expensive taste.. Chanel or Vera and that's more than I wanted to spend?

I have 2 sisters and each year we but 1 ticket for something so we can all have a day out together - I love it and it means we get to spend time together doing something lovely.

It doesn't have to be a show - could be for anything. Ideal home exhibition, chelsea flower show, grand prix etc etc!

How about highstreet/ Love to shop type vouchers? You can spend them in all sorts of shops or restaurants. Does she have a fav restaurant you could get vouchers for?

You can get tea for two vouchers reasonably priced too- nice afternoon in a nice hotel.

www.liberty.co.uk it's one of "the" department stores in London, but more to the vintage rather than flash end iykwim. So one of the gift coins could work, as she could put it toward an expensive perfume or similar.

if she likes to read - get her a Kindle? Everyone I know who has one, has been pleased with it.
Otherwise, I'd go for an outing to share - theatre, film, exhibition, skating (with some hot choc to warm up!), flower show.

I'd try to get off the 'stuff' presents if her house is small. Focus more on doing something together instead - will make present giving easier in years to come and you will have some great memories!

What about a hamper of really yummy stuff that she wouldn't typically buy, or a window box/something from Rocket Garden?

Or could you both go and have a manicure or similar together?
