Boys pop music magazine

My 8 yo DS is really into pop music. We have endless questions about where Beyonce lives, where is Jessie J from and so on. He really needs to read smash hits, which they don't sell anymore! Top of the Pops magazine is really aimed at girls. Is there an alternative for an 8yo boy? I looked in sainsburys and it was all make up and jewellery for girls, and football for boys.
