Thanks largely due to the MN secret santa Christmas at home was going to be almost exactly as I always dreamed it would be with the boys, lovely new decorations, real tree, holly wreath for the door, stockings, presents (far too many of them now really as I didn't realise I'd be getting a second SS Xmas Blush) and lots of little bits it was all going to fabulous.

Except for one thing......I didn't think we'd be having a Christmas Roast as exH had already asked to have them after Church until mid/late afternoon. So I was just going to do a table full of yummy crap stuff for them to munch on when they got home.

BUT I have just discovered he doesn't dare try and do a roast - so he's doing the crap sweet yummy stuff for their lunch..........which means I can do the roast in the evening Xmas Grin I'm SO happy it's just going to "complete" Christmas at home this year

yes Tiffany - I would have gone without xmas dinner myself - didn't seem the point in faffing around with a roast for one (I had the proper Christmas dinner at the Scottish Christmas meet-up thinking it would be the only one I had Xmas Grin)
