Gift For My Mum - Totally Stuck! Help!

The family usually club together to get my Mum a Christmas gift.
We were planning to get her a box full of theatre tickets and for all the "girls" in the family (and a close friend) to go with us. Unfortunately there is nothing suitable on at our local theatre this year.
Now we haven't a clue what to give her. Combined our budget is £120 so it is quite a lot to spend.
Our problem is she doesn't really need anything so we try to make it a more luxurious item that she would never dream of buying herself.
She has plenty of nice jewellery and nice clothes. We grouped together and got her knee length leather boots for her birthday.
We just don't have a clue - any ideas would be very gratefully received. :)

Same problem. I used to poke through my Mum's make-up/perfume and see what she was running out of!
DVDs? Ticket to see a live show of Strictly/Dancing onIce?
Lands End has nice stuff in the clothing dept, or Pure Collection

Make her a book of treasured family photos - check out Blurb.com - lots of other places do it too \i'm sure.
I've done my mum one this year - I scanned some really old pics of her parents and then uploaded them plus shots of all her grandchildren, some special ones of her and my dad in NY etc. You can write a little 'blurb' to go with ech photo.
It came within aweek or so and looks FAB!
Not expensive either!

Wow! I need to save this thread as there are lots of ideas here to keep me going for a few years.
Can someone tell my family that I would like the stainded glass window course please - I have wanted to do that, and to blow glass, for YEARS!
Both my parents would love to go to the Eden project but we live in the NE of Scotland so it involves either a monster drive, which they are no longer able for, or expensive flights and car hire, so it goes beyond our budget...one day when we win the lottery!
She would definitely like a colour analysis and a spa day. I will look into the photo album once we have a printer/scanner. I would love one of them myself too!
I got her perfume today and discovered that Radley had a 25% off sale today so got her a purple leather bag and purse and a purple umbrella to go in it. I hope that once we get her a colour analysis they don't tell her that purple is not her colour!
