Would like to buy one for DD2, but not found any nice ones. I bwt I don't have long to order before it's too late to get it before Christmas.

I name my own.

buy lovely stocking, buy sequins, sew on name.

very pretty, and lots cheaper too, plus major satisfaction:o:o

have spent today sequining new advent calendars for mine today, in festive green, due to mice eating our old ones bastard mice.

takes a while, especially as I have five to do, but it is something I love.

Pyschomum, don't know if I'm that clever.

Where do you buy your lovely stockings?

anywhere I see the TBH.

this year, I spotted some check type one in Ika for 99p, and bought them, as they were decent size and the childrens old ones are on the small side now.

damn good job as the bastard mice ate them and nested in them too, along with most of the xmas stuffAngry.

the range had some nice ones today when I went, and haskins a while back had gorgeous ones, but they were something like £10+ each.

is you are too worried of sequining, then red wool looks good.

in fact, in southampton and bournemouth, they had xmas markets that did personalised stockings while you waited, so would assume anywhere with a christmax market might have the same??

2nd the ones from Landsend are lovely and they are just a nice size to get a couple of small items in and cuddly toy at the top. Extremely good quality and well worth their money.

I got some Christmassy patterned fabric and intend to make draw string bags. Trying to work out how to put names on them. Can I cut even sized letters out of felt??
