I've ordered a turkey and checked out!

I might get a Tesco delivery instead (they deliver up to the 23rd, but have got his booked as a backup.

oops - meant to say I added the turkey as have had problems in previous years with the turkeys only being available when you first order, and then not there when you go back to update the order just before delivery. Caused big panic here!

Sainsburys sent me an email yesterday saying they only delivered up to the 22nd and that slots would be up from midnight.

Tescos deliver on 23rd, but my local is only booking to the 21st at the moment. In previous years they have released slots at midnight.

Can you get Asda? not sure I'd want to rely on them for Christmas

i have had another look too, and wahoo i have one

3 - 4pm on 22nd for a bargain £3.50. Am over the moon to not need to go to a supermarket in the run up to Xmas!
I will just nip to the market on Thurs 23rd for my fresh local eggs and veg, which is much more pleasant, and also if Sainsburys forget something i still have time to source it
leaving afternoon 23rd and Xmas eve for Xmas prep knowing i dont even need to leave the house!

if you spend over £100 it should be free delivery as 22nd is a wednesday :)
