same book for all 3? Maybe not suitable for the oldest, but in our house, would you believe it, but Merry Christmas Maisy has been read to death each year, from age 1 and dd2 who is 5 still asks for it to be dragged out as christmas approaches.

they also like to nativity in this version.

this Usbourne one
has been read to death in this house since DS was 3 and he is now 5 and still asks for it all year round
I got it from the book club at work tho and i think paid less than this

The Stolen Diamonds, The Fake Santa and The Naughty Elf are all quite good stories- along with the other 3

This is a wonderful book, but hard to get hold of - don't know why it isn't re-published.

My 7 year old DSS loves the Usborne Christmas Stories and also finds it exciting to find him and his friends mentioned in personalised stories www.penwizard.co.uk . Can't go wrong with The Snowman story either.

Second the Night Before Christmas. Funnily enough, my DC picked it out tonight, so we all read it together.

DS(6)is getting interested in the old fashioned terminology this year eg t'was.

The Story of Holly and Ivy by Rumer Godden for the 7 y/o (though if you can read it out loud without tears you're a stronger woman than I am).

Actually, I think the 5 y/o would probably like it too.

Night Before Christmas
The Santa Trap
Slinki Malinki's Christmas Crackers (my DCs love a good story about a naughty cat :) )
