Have just find out the T K Maxx are selling these cheaper than the high street toy shops? The hamsters are down from £10 to £5, All the outfits and bed/ blanket carriers are down from £5 to £3, the car and also theadventure wheel are £7 instead of £10 and I did see a ramp and spiral for £7 also but alas I paid £15 for this in Boots (3 for 2 offer).

Thanks for the tip - Just paid £9.95 per hamster, 9.95 per vehicle and £4.95 for the blanket and carrier in Asda today. Five yr old's b'day not till the end of the week though so will try TK MAXX instead and swap Asda ones for something else.

This is my first encounter with the furry critters - are they any good? ( I have bought plenty of batteries just in case)...!

I'm not sure Mima1 but I hope they are good. They were the 'in' toys lasy year and were so hard to find them and I know a few of my daughters friends have them.

I took back the Smyths toys too after I bought the same stuff from TK Maxx and I have kept the items from Boots and Argos as I used the 3 for 2 deal. Have saved quite a bit but still have spent over 200+ on it.

I am sure my dd9 and dd7 will like them and also their friends when they come round.

Have to get the batteries now.
